Payment and Insurance Options
At Sather Family Dental we take pride in our dentistry, and we strive to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Our financial policy is payment is due time of service.
We will file your insurance for you as a courtesy when provided with insurance information. We do require co pay or the estimated patient portion at the time of service. We will help you maximize your insurance benefit to the best of our ability. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for insurance to process. Please call our office if your insurance payment has not come through. The patient is ultimately responsible for fees incurred, regardless of your insurance coverage.
We accept and work with most insurance providers! Below is a list of providers we are in network with:

If you do not see your insurance listed, please give us a call since it’s likely that we accept it. We are a Delta Dental Preferred Provider.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. If you need financing for a major procedure, Care Credit is available to qualified applicants.
